Im starting to really enjoy the portrait side of my work when I'm able to create images such as this. She is 13 days old and dad is Leaving for Iraq an a few days. I dont know what I would do if I had to be away from my daughter for more then a week, let alone 7 months.

what a nice shot. full of emotion.. it's really a sweet and caring capture. She'll look at it in years to come and know the story of him leaving, and it'll mean even more to her.
